We<br \/>\nare a real estate development firm with a portfolio of multifamily, rental, luxury condominium,<br \/>\nhotel, and mixed-use properties across Queens, in places such as Jamaica, Long Island City, and<br \/>\nFlushing. This position will expose you to the real estate development process, from beginning to<br \/>\nend. This role will require you to fully comprehend project documents, prepare reasonable and<br \/>\nfeasible budgets, determine project scheduling, and coordinate with both teams on site and in the<br \/>\noffice to effectively move the project forward. We want a highly-motivated candidate that is<br \/>\nproactive, can work in a high pressure environment whilst also being mindful of budgetary and<br \/>\ntime constraints, and can be an effective leader that will bring their own experience and ideas to<br \/>\nthe table.<\/p>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: left;\">Qualifications<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">US work authorization<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Prior management experience with condo, multifamily, hotel, and mixed-use developments<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Can efficiently read plans, and contract documents<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Comfortably use software and programs used by teams and trades, ex.
